3. Intellectual Property
All logos, graphics, and branding materials designed by Alpha Logo are the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. Alpha Logo retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
4. Payments & Refunds
- Payments must be made upfront to initiate any design project.
- Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are only granted under specific conditions, such as failure to deliver as per the agreed-upon timeline.
- Once a logo is approved and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
5. Revisions & Modifications
- Alpha Logo offers a set number of free revisions, as detailed in the chosen package. Additional modifications may incur extra fees.
- Revisions must be requested within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
6. Usage & Restrictions
- Clients may use the delivered logo for commercial and personal purposes.
- However, Alpha Logo does not permit resale, redistribution, or unauthorized modifications of our designs by third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
Alpha Logo strives to provide high-quality designs but is not responsible for any legal disputes, trademark issues, or financial losses resulting from the use of the designs. It is the client’s responsibility to verify trademark availability before using a logo commercially.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal or business information shared with Alpha Logo remains confidential and is used solely for project completion. We do not sell or share client data with third parties.
9. Updates to Terms
Alpha Logo reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
